You can book an ambulance with a single tap on the Feliz Health app. Select the “Ambulance” option, enter your location, and confirm your request.
We provide Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulances equipped with oxygen, stretcher, suction unit, and trained paramedics for non-critical and stable transfers.
While it’s designed for emergency use, you can also pre-book ambulances for non-emergency medical transfers, hospital discharges, or follow-up visits.
Yes. Once dispatched, you can track the ambulance in real-time using GPS via the app, including estimated arrival time.
Yes, all ambulances are staffed with trained paramedics or medical attendants for basic medical assistance during the trip.
We aim for rapid response, typically within 15–30 minutes, depending on your location and traffic conditions.
Charges depend on distance, type of ambulance, and time of booking. The app will show a fare estimate before you confirm the booking.
Yes. We assist with coordination and patient handover to the emergency team at the hospital whenever possible.
Yes. Generally, one family member can ride with the patient unless otherwise advised due to safety or space limitations.
Currently, our ambulance service is not covered under health insurance and must be paid out-of-pocket.
Payment is made via the Feliz Health app, using UPI, credit/debit cards, or digital wallets. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
