About the Role

This role is ideal for fresh graduates and management trainees who want hands-on exposure to how real businesses grow outside the classroom. You will work directly with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and hospitals to onboard them onto the Feliz Health platform and expand our healthcare network across Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities

Visit clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers within your assigned area.
Introduce and explain the Feliz Health platform and partnership benefits.
Communicate pricing, onboarding steps, and value proposition.
Collect documents and complete partner onboarding.
Achieve monthly onboarding targets.
Maintain daily visit and performance reports.

Who Should Apply

Freshers, final-year students, or management trainees.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with fieldwork and local travel.
Smartphone required; bike/scooter preferred.
Fuel expenses and phone bills reimbursed by the company.

Training Structure

Week 1–2: Platform training, healthcare basics, pitch delivery, and onboarding process.
Month 1–3: Supervised field execution with targets, feedback, and performance tracking.

Career Progression

High performers can grow into Senior Healthcare Partnerships Executive roles, followed by opportunities in City Partnerships, Business Development, or Operations based on performance.

What We Offer

Fixed Salary:
Rs12,000 per month during a 3-month training period (salary review post training).
